System Integration
Our dedicated integration centre in our Singapore facility provides the space, tools and power to assemble and integrate approved designs into fully functioning systems. Our integration centre is capable of staging full-scale factory acceptance tests (FAT) involving 200 cabinets, as well as System Integration Tests (SIT) for witnessing by our client prior to the shipment of the equipment.
Detailed Engineering Design
Accuracy and attention to detail is at the heart of the engineering design that we provide for our clients. These include the details of the project in drawings, specification design calculations, and reports, supported by a design centre equipped with CAD software and workstations.
Logistics management
Our international operations are supported by an expert team of logisticians and material managers experienced in moving freight worldwide. We maintain a knowledge base of customs and import-export regulations with our network of shippers and freight forwarders.
Project Management
A strong dedicated Project Management Office equipped with industry standard planning applications, is the cornerstone of a project’s success. Our clients work with a dedicated project manager, who is supported by a team providing internal and external project scheduling, coordination and budgeting.
Installation and Commissioning
Dedicated field technical services department, handles the on-site installation and commissioning activities, including system training when required. Our certified and skilled engineering team comprises of a globally connected and mobile workforce that can be deployed to support client installations and operations anywhere in the world.
Procurement
The procurement of equipment and hardware is conducted worldwide by our dedicated procurement team skilled in negotiating and securing quality equipment and services at the best prices for our clients.
Maintenance
With our multi-vendor capabilities and proven delivery experience across a diversity of operational platforms around the world, we provide expert engineering maintenance services for clients in need of mission critical support. In a typical maintenance contract, six or more trained technicians are stationed full-time on site, with spare parts provisioning and deep technical support from home base.
